How to get a fast reply

• Mistakes: tell us the page, the sentence, and a link to your source.
• Tool problems: tell us your browser and device, and send a short example of text that does not work. Please remove anything private first.
• Questions: we can explain how watermarks and the AI Act work in general. We cannot give legal advice or check a text for textGrain. Nobody outside OpenAI can.

We are not OpenAI. For account, billing or ChatGPT questions, please contact OpenAI.
